Competition Overview

Challenger Sales Institute, LLC is devoted to providing education, training, and development opportunities to selling students and professionals.  Founded in 2018, CSI provides college students with an opportunity to practice their selling skills and interact with hiring organizations.

The inaugural competition will be held in Oklahoma City February 28-March 2.  Twelve

teams of six students from the central region of the US will be invited to compete.   Each event will be placed individually with an overall team winner named based on performance in all five categoreis.  

The competition features five unique categories as well as an overall team award.

Speed Selling - All 6 students from each university compete

Role Play - 2 students

Ethics Case - 2 students

Sales Management Case - 2 students

Team Challenge - All 6 students from each university participate


Overall Team Placings based on:

  • Role Play - 40%

  • Ethics Case - 15%

  • Sales Management Case - 15%

  • Speed Sell - 15%

  • Team Challenge - 15%

Awards will include trophies for first through third in each category as well as the overall team .  

The competition will include a vendor room for students to interact with sponsors.  Additionaly student profiles will be published in the competition program.
